CTG is seeking an experienced Cerner CCL Analyst to support a long-term legacy project as one of our major clients transitions to Epic.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Cerner complex rules and mPages across multiple applications
• Create, modify, and support Cerner CCL reports and data extracts
• Build and maintain complex custom mPages organizers and components
• Analyze requests for new reports/mPages and recommend best practices
• Follow the client's Demand Management process for approvals and implement changes through proper change control procedures
• Collaborate with users to test and deploy updates into production
• Provide support for projects and special application initiatives
• Troubleshoot issues, deliver timely resolutions, and document solutions
• Partner with client users and functional teams; escalate issues to vendors and track progress through Remedy
• Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience supporting and building within Cerner Millennium
• Proven expertise in writing and maintaining Cerner custom rules across modules, with strong knowledge of discretionary change management
• Advanced Cerner CCL programming skills and deep understanding of Millennium database structure
• Extensive experience developing, modifying, and maintaining Cerner custom mPages
• Proficiency with smart templates, ClinDoc, and PhysDoc
• Experience with PowerInsight Secondary, data science/analytics, and running Cerner update scripts
• Strong background in writing and maintaining analytic reports
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
