specializes in premium ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and bathroom fittings, and is known for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a

Sales and Customer Relationship Executive

who can drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and represent our client's brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

Generate and manage leads across Surat region. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Deliver strong product presentations and demonstrations. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals effectively. Track competitor trends and market opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management

Build strong connections with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners. Act as the single point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and customer feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate sales records and client database.
Product Knowledge & Communication

Understand the full product range: ceramic tiles, sanitary ware (WC, sinks, basins, etc.), and accessories. Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions. Provide technical guidance for customers' purchasing decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in sales or client relations, preferably in ceramics, sanitary ware, or building materials.

Skills:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
