We are looking for a motivated and capable individual to take on the role of Sales and Business Development. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is eager to take ownership, build client relationships and explore market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential clients in India and abroad, especially in ceramics, automation, and related industries.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Conduct market research and deliver impactful technical presentations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and installation.
Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
Represent Dynovo at industry events and trade shows.
Support digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Qualifications:
B.E. or M.E. (Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical)
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing of technical products in manufacturing industries.
Strong communication & teamwork.
Proficiency in MS Office, BOM Reading, Quote preparation.
Willingness to travel.
