CEO (Sales & Marketing)
to lead and enhance our operational efficiency, expand our market presence, and ensure sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening administration, improving sales performance, and providing effective services to our farmer members.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the company's vision and strategic plans as approved by the Board of Directors.
Expand the sales network by appointing sub-dealers and increasing the overall sales of cattle feed and related products.
Organise training and awareness programmes to ensure active participation of shareholders and farmers.
Facilitate access to government-aided financial schemes for farmers and shareholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture, Co-operative Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Must possess a two-wheeler.
Skills Required
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of agriculture value chains and government schemes.
Ability to manage day-to-day operations and ensure member satisfaction.
Salary
?24,000 + ?2,000 Fuel Allowance
