About the Position
The
CEO's Fellow
is part of an elite, small cohort embedded within the CEO's Office. Fellows operate as
force multipliers
--solving priority problems, driving cross-unit initiatives, and shaping growth experiments across Platforms, Practice, and Programs. We currently have
5 Fellows (scaling to 10)
working closely with the CEO and the executive team.

Responsibilities
1) Strategy & CEO Support
Co-develop annual/quarterly priorities, OKRs, and growth bets for CSRBOX Group and BharatCares.
Build decision memos, models, and narrative decks for partners, boards, and government.
2) Program & Deal Acceleration
Incubate
0 1 pilots
(e.g., state CSR PMUs, water/river coalitions, AI-education initiatives, public health programs) and take them to
1 N
scale.
Coordinate with consulting, program delivery, and media units to align pipeline proposalsdelivery.
3) Special Projects & PMO
Run CEO-priority sprints (2-8 weeks): define scope, resources, timelines, and success metrics; clear blockers; publish post-mortems and playbooks.
4) Insights, Research & Market Intelligence
Track policy/CSR/ESG trends, competitive landscapes, partner signals; convert insights into
actionable theses
and
go-to-market artefacts
.
5) Stakeholder & Partnership Management
Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior corporates, foundations, and government; prep briefs, talking points, MoUs, review notes.
6) Communication & Reporting
Own crisp weekly business reviews (WBRs), KPI dashboards, and executive updates; craft external thought-leadership as needed.
What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)
3-5 CEO projects
delivered end-to-end with documented outcomes and playbooks.
2+ scaled wins
(state/sector programs, anchor partnerships, or new revenue lines).
Operational uplift
: measurable improvements in cadence (WBR/OKR), proposal velocity, and delivery quality.
Cross-unit cohesion
: visible collaboration across consulting, media, and programs.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Education:
Postgraduate (preferred in management/public policy/economics/engineering or equivalent). Multidisciplinary backgrounds are valued.
Experience:
2-6 years in development/CSR/consulting/think-tanks/policy/startups or PMO/strategy roles with demonstrated ownership.

Executive communication: stakeholder briefs, pitch decks, review notes.
Data comfort: build/interpret KPI dashboards; basic financial/ROI models.
Tools: Advanced MS Office/Google Workspace; bonus for Notion, Asana, Power BI/Tableau.
Personal operating system: speed + judgment, meticulous follow-through, discretion.
