We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Harish Solar. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all company operations, driving business growth, ensuring financial health, building strong client and partner relationships, and managing the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve company goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations, sales, finance, and administration.
Develop and execute business strategies for growth and expansion.
Manage budgets, resources, and ensure financial stability.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance and sales targets.
Build strong business relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
Represent the company in industry events, meetings, and government relations.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry standards.
Report to the Board of Directors and keep them informed on company performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as CEO, MD, or in a senior executive leadership role.
Strong understanding of solar energy / renewable energy industry preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Business acumen with experience in sales, operations, and finance.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
