Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
CEO for Real Estate
for a full-time, on-site leadership role managing multiple real estate projects across India. The CEO will be responsible for end-to-end oversight of real estate operations--from land acquisition and project planning to construction, sales, and customer relations. This role requires a visionary leader capable of driving financial performance, optimizing project delivery, and spearheading business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
The CEO will collaborate closely with investors, project teams, government authorities, and other stakeholders to shape strategic plans, improve organizational performance, and lead the company toward long-term sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial management, budgeting, cash flow planning, and P&L accountability
Drive business planning, project feasibility studies, and portfolio growth
Oversee land acquisition, project approvals, architectural planning, and construction execution
Ensure efficient execution of multiple projects within time, cost, and quality parameters
Strengthen sales, marketing, and customer experience strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders, government bodies, and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with RERA, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency
Promote brand positioning, investor relations, and long-term business sustainability
Qualifications
Strong experience in real estate development, construction management, or property operations
Proven ability in strategic planning, project management, and business development
Demonstrated experience driving sales performance and revenue growth
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder and investor relationships
Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and industry best practices
Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
