• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

• Make high-impact decisions under pressure, balancing clinical outcomes with business viability and regulatory compliance.

• Represent the organization in key industry forums, investor meetings, government engagements, and public health initiatives.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies.

• Champion patient-centric care models and operational efficiency improvements across all service lines.

• Monitor market dynamics, emerging technologies, and healthcare policy changes to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Ensure compliance with medical standards, ethical practices, and legal requirements across all operations.
