Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field (PharmD/MPharm/MBA preferred).
12-25 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with leadership exposure in R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, commercial, or operations.
Strong understanding of drug development processes, compliance standards, global regulations, and quality systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage complex portfolios, and deliver sustained business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic decision-making, and people management skills.
Proficiency in digital tools, analytics platforms, and pharmaceutical management systems.
