Oversee plan,execute multiple projects within the parameters of time, cost, quality and efficiency. Detailed Estimation & Budget finalisation. Monitor financial performance, analyze operational costs to improve profitability in the balance sheet.



Civil Engineer+ MBA. Strategic and results-oriented Real Estate Leader with 20+ years of experience across Residential High Rise/Group Housing projects.Experience in handling multiple projects.



Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Leadership:

Define and execute the company's long-term vision and business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and areas for expansion (e.g., new property sectors or geographic markets).

Operational Oversight:

Oversee all business operations, including project development, sales, marketing, property management, asset management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

Financial Performance:

Drive profitability through budgeting, investment decisions, cost control, risk management, and maximizing return on investment. Responsible for capital structuring and maintaining overall financial health.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure company practices adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., zoning laws, licensing, environmental standards), and establish policies for compliance and risk mitigation.

Team & Culture Leadership:

Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team; foster a results-driven, collaborative culture across departments such as sales, development, finance, and legal.

Stakeholder & Investor Relations:

Serve as the principal spokesperson and face of the company to investors, partners, clients, regulatory bodies, and the public. Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders.

Innovation & Market Adaptation:

Lead the adoption of new technologies and practices (such as AI or sustainability) to keep the company ahead of industry trends and changing customer expectations.

Board Communication:

Regularly report to the Board of Directors on performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with the Board to establish policies and major business decisions.

Business Development:

Lead new business initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions, and entry into new sectors; oversee branding and company reputation management.

Crisis & Risk Management:

Identify threats to organizational stability, manage crises effectively, and ensure continuity of business operations.

Typical Qualifications:



15+ years

of progressive real estate and executive experience, often with development, investment, or asset management focus. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Strong financial, operational, and leadership track record. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
