This is a 360 leadership role. You will not just manage; you will build.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
Identify and reach out to prospective clients (Lead Generation).
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content) to SMEs and startups.
Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Manage client relationships to ensure retention and upsells.
2. Operations & Strategy
Define the agency's service menu and pricing strategy.
Set up internal workflows, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and reporting structures.
Oversee the daily execution of client projects to ensure quality delivery.
Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) to ensure the agency stays profitable.
3. Team Building & Leadership
Hire, train, and manage a team of freelancers, interns, or junior specialists (content writers, designers, ad experts).
Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure quality control of all creative output.
Build a high-performance culture focused on results and creativity.
Requirements
Proven track record in Digital Marketing.
Experience in client servicing or business development is a massive plus.
Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Paid Ads.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
