Key Responsibilities:
?1. Strategic Leadership and Communication

• ?Develop a 3-year strategic plan (organizational visioning, scaling, long-term planning, strategic implementation, etc.) with inputs from the Board and senior staff
• Strengthen programs, advocacy, and training
• Conduct a competitor and stakeholder analysis
• Provide leadership in organization's awareness efforts

??2. ?Fundraising & External Relations

• ??Build and execute a robust fundraising strategy (institutional, CSR, HNI, and philanthropic channels)
• Represent the organization at various forums
• Build national and global strategic partnerships

3. ?Team & Culture

• ?Work towards talent development and retention
• Build strong leadership teams
• Foster a high-performing and values-driven workplace culture

4. ?Program Oversight

• Ensure delivery and quality control of all programmatic work?
• Scale impact through school partnerships, digital channels, and other institutional partnerships across the country

5. ?Governance & Compliance

• ??Work closely with the Board on key decisions, reporting, and compliance
• Oversee financial sustainability, budgeting, and legal compliance
