Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and set long-term goals for business growth.
Oversee daily operations including production, designing, sales & marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.
Monitor fashion trends and guide the design team for product development.
Drive expansion plans, new collections, branding, and market positioning.
Ensure smooth coordination between design, sales, accounts, HR, and production.
Develop company policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
Represent the company in business meetings and industry events.
Lead hiring, team development, and overall organizational growth.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (fashion or business background preferred).
7-12+ years of experience in fashion, textile, apparel, or lifestyle industry.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Knowledge of production cycles, designing, supply chain, and operations.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and drive results.
