Role Description
We are seeking an accomplished
CEO for Education Institutions
for a full-time, on-site leadership role across multiple campuses in India. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all facets of institutional operations, ensuring academic excellence, and steering the organization's strategic direction. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive institutional performance, enhance student outcomes, and implement sustainable growth strategies while maintaining compliance with educational regulations and accreditation standards.
The CEO will work closely with founders, boards, academic leaders, and external partners to develop and execute strategic plans, strengthen institutional capabilities, and position the organization as a leader in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership for academic, administrative, and operational functions
Drive financial management, budgeting, and P&L accountability across institutions
Lead long-term strategic planning to improve academic quality and institutional performance
Oversee admissions, student services, faculty development, and academic programs
Implement policies and initiatives that enhance teaching-learning outcomes
Ensure compliance with educational regulations, accreditation norms, and quality standards
Build strategic partnerships with government bodies, industry, and academic organizations
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence
Strengthen brand positioning, revenue growth, and institutional sustainability
Qualifications
Extensive experience in institutional leadership, academic administration, or education management
Strong understanding of academic operations, curriculum frameworks, and regulatory requirements
Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and organizational growth
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage multi-campus operations
Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build partnerships with regulatory bodies, industry leaders, and academic networks
Master's degree in Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
