Role Description
We are seeking an experienced
CEO - E-Commerce & Retail Business
to oversee the full spectrum of retail and digital commerce operations. The CEO will be responsible for defining overall business strategy, driving revenue and profitability, optimizing store and online operations, expanding regional and international market presence, elevating customer experience, and spearheading omnichannel transformation across the retail ecosystem.
This leadership role requires a visionary professional with deep knowledge of modern retail formats, e-commerce platforms, merchandising strategies, supply chain efficiencies, digital marketing, and brand building. The CEO will collaborate closely with promoters, boards, merchandising heads, technology teams, regional managers, and ecosystem partners to scale the business sustainably in both domestic and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across retail operations, e-commerce channels, merchandising, supply chain, and customer experience
Drive annual business plans, revenue targets, profitability goals, and full P&L accountability
Oversee performance of physical stores and online platforms, ensuring superior customer engagement
Lead domestic and international expansion of the retail and e-commerce network
Strengthen brand positioning through marketing, loyalty programs, and customer experience initiatives
Drive omnichannel integration--e-commerce, digital platforms, apps, and technology-enabled retail journeys
Ensure efficient inventory management, demand forecasting, sourcing, and vendor partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, suppliers, distributors, and ecosystem partners
Implement operational excellence, digital process optimization, and cost-reduction frameworks
Ensure compliance with retail regulations, product standards, online commerce policies, and internal guidelines
Mentor and develop high-performing teams across sales, marketing, store operations, e-commerce, and supply chain
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, fashion, consumer goods, or related sectors
Strong expertise in omnichannel retail, online marketplace operations, merchandising, supply chain, and P&L management
Demonstrated success in scaling retail networks and expanding digital commerce platforms
Experience in digital transformation, e-commerce technology, customer analytics, and automation tools
Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead large, multi-location and cross-functional teams across diverse geographies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Retail Management, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred
