ROLE OBJECTIVE
To lead and scale GLEUHR's D2C brand and clinic operations across India, drive profitability, build high-performance teams, and prepare the organisation for 10x growth and future investment/IPO readiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Leadership & Strategy
Convert the Chairperson's vision into executable business strategy.
Scale the company from current clinics to 40+ centres across India.
Lead both verticals: D2C brand and Clinical services.
Build second-line leadership and institutional systems.
2.
Business Growth & Expansion
Drive revenue growth targets across:
Clinics
D2C Online sales
Product retail
Franchise/expansion opportunities
Create and execute national expansion roadmaps.
3.
P&L Ownership
Full responsibility for revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability.
Ensure 25%+ PAT and sustainable business scale.
Oversee budgeting, audits, and compliance.
4.
Team & Department Oversight
Direct oversight of:
Operations
Marketing & Brand Growth
Sales (Clinics + D2C)
HR & Training
Finance & Legal
Tech & CRM Automation
Build a performance-driven culture with strong KRAs & accountability.
5.
D2C Brand Management
Scale product sales nationwide through digital, omnichannel & partnerships.
Strengthen brand positioning, customer experience, and retention.
Oversee performance marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and influencer strategies.
6.
Operations Excellence
Set and monitor SOPs across clinics.
Ensure seamless client experience, cross-selling, and upselling.
Implement dashboards, MIS, and automation systems.
7.
Fundraising & Investor Readiness (If Required)
Work closely with Chairperson on capital raise, strategic alliances, and valuations.
Prepare company structure for Series A/B funding or PE engagement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
10-20 years' leadership experience in:
D2C brands or healthcare sector.
Omnichannel or service+product businesses
Proven track record of scaling revenue beyond ?50-200 Cr.
Strong understanding of:
Brand building
d2c/service operations
Technology and automation
P&L management
Experience working with founders/chairpersons.
Entrepreneurial mindset with execution capability.
