Opportunity to lead strategy & operations for a reputed organization|Lead large teams and report directly to Promoters & investors About Our Client Our client is one of the biggest amusement park player in India and several countries globally. They have state of the art facilities for all their current and upcoming projects across India. As CEO - Amusement Park, you would be responsible to - Drive all operational functions including food & beverage, retail, pricing, schemes, marketing, sales, security, guest services, and maintenance Supervise and develop a highly motivated and effective team of supervisors, managers and staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and delivery of revenue goals Recommend new ideas, schemes, products and vendors to enhance guest satisfaction, sales, quality and cost control Manage all financial aspects of the facility while maximising revenue and cost-savings opportunities Ensure compliance with company policies, business processes and all applicable health, safety and risk management practices The Successful Applicant As the ideal candidate, you MUST have at least 20 years of total experience, out of which at least 3-5 years of recent experience as General Manager / COO / CEO of an outdoor park (Amusement, water park, etc.) is mandatory. If you have experience of working in other geographies, wherein you have managed amusement park projects for state of the art facilities would be an added advantage. You should be open to relocation within India, basis requirements and growth plans of the organization.
