Job Title: Centre Sales Manager Department: Sales Location: Mumbai (Vashi, Ghatkopar, Andheri), Nagpur, Indore Education: Minimum Graduate Experience: 6 - 12 Years Reporting To: Functional - Territory Sales Head / National Sales Head Job Summary: We are looking for a performance-driven Centre Sales Manager to lead sales, admissions, and outreach efforts at one of our client's training centres. This is a key role focused on achieving enrolment targets, executing local marketing, and managing student onboarding processes. Responsibilities: - Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets for the centre. - Deliver impactful sales presentations in local and surrounding areas. - Conduct productive house visits for lead generation and closures. - Handle admissions, documentation, and batch formation activities. - Conduct career seminars at colleges, schools, and institutes. - Manage data, team operations, and prepare regular MIS reports. - Ensure effective counselling for students and parents regarding courses. - Establish and maintain Business Associate (BA) tie-ups. - Conduct regular STP (Sales Touch Point) activities for centre promotion. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills - Team player, motivator, and strong leadership abilities - Highly driven with a passion for sales and consistent performance - Preferably from an educational background Industry preference: Education, Advertising, Time Share, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, Pharma (Category A), Insurance (Life & Health) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (ref:updazz.com)
