Centre Sales Manager
to lead the overall operations and performance of our centre. This role demands a strong leader who can balance operational excellence, superior patient care, and proactive business development, with a special focus on
BTL marketing initiatives
.
Key Responsibilities
1. Centre Operations & Management
Oversee day-to-day centre operations to ensure seamless functioning and high service standards.
Manage centre budgets, control costs, and ensure achievement of financial targets.
Track and analyze performance metrics such as patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists and administrative staff.
Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
Foster a positive, collaborative work culture that encourages accountability and professional growth.
3. Patient Experience & Care
Ensure delivery of exceptional patient care and effective execution of treatment plans.
Handle patient feedback, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with clinical teams to introduce new services, therapies, and treatment protocols.
4. Business Development & Marketing
Drive patient acquisition, retention, and referral strategies to achieve growth objectives.
Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as health camps, community outreach programs, workshops, and local partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, and other referral partners.
5. Quality Assurance & Improvement
Regularly review service quality and operational effectiveness.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and centre efficiency.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present regular performance reports covering financials, patient feedback, and team productivity.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in healthcare management, with at least
3 years in a leadership role
.
Strong understanding of physiotherapy practices and patient care workflows.
Proven experience in
sales, business development, and BTL marketing
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
