The Person would be reporting to the Corporate HODs. It is majorly a Team Management Profile where the Major Job Responsibility will be to act as Profit Center Head. Major Departments to cater will be Marketing, Counselling, Academics, Admin & Events. The detailed Roles & Responsibilities of the Branch head will be as under.
I. Major role of Centre Sales Manager will be to work as a Profit Center Head where you will be responsible for Smooth Operations of all the departments considering Profitability of the campus.
II. Achieve Targets assigned by the Corporate with the help of the Team.
III. To be comprehensively involved in Counselling, Marketing, Administration & academic departments.
IV. Monitor and track center expenses.
V. Coordinate collection of course payments from students.
VI. Identify and contact various Industries and approach them for our different Courses.
VII. To Manage the Academics Segment to deliver Quality Education as set by Management.
VIII. To Take PD/Sift Skill Classes on Regular Intervals.
IX. Organize & Participate in different marketing activities & events ( In-house as well).
Job Requirement's-
Graduate Candidates with a Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Education/ Relevant Industry can apply. Target Oriented Person with Team Management skills required.
Salary is no Bar for the Right Candidate can go up to 6Lacs + Variables + (Travel Allowances + Phone) for deserving candidate
