The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Be The One Clinic, ensuring smooth client experiences, driving sales, and managing the overall performance of the center. This role requires a balance of administrative skills, leadership, and a strong sales orientation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinic operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments (medical, front office, and support staff).
Manage client inquiries, consultations, and ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Supervise daily schedules of doctors, therapists, and support staff.
Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of client issues.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance and sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation, campaign tracking, and promotional activities.
Maintain compliance with all clinic SOPs and quality standards.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
Achieve monthly sales/revenue targets.
Lead conversion rate of 60%+ from walk-ins and calls.
Maintain client satisfaction rating of 90%+.
Zero operational errors and smooth daily coordination.
Staff productivity and attendance adherence above 95%.
