We are looking to hire the
Centre Manager/Sales Manager
who overseas the Sales/ operations, administrative, and all other external & internal activities of branch. Key responsibilities achieving sales target, team handling, include supervising staff, managing the office decorum, handling & overseas all inquiries and complaints, and monitoring all administrative tasks like scheduling, managing supplies, and maintaining records. The role requires strong leadership, team lead, excellent communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth daily office operations and Sales.
This core role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:1. Academic & Training Management
Ensure high-quality delivery of beauty courses (Makeup, Hair, Skin, Nails, etc.)
Monitor training standards and curriculum implementation
Conduct regular evaluations of trainers and training sessions
Ensure student progress, assessments, and certifications are completed on time
2. Admissions & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual student enrollment targets
Lead counseling sessions for walk-ins, inquiries, and leads
Plan and execute promotional activities, workshops, and demo classes
Build relationships with salons, influencers, and industry partners
3. Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day center operations
Ensure compliance with academy policies and SOPs
Manage inventory, tools, products, and equipment
Coordinate class schedules, batches, and trainer availability
4. Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage trainers and support staff
Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews
Motivate and lead the team to achieve academic and business goals
Maintain a positive and professional work environment
5. Student Experience & Customer Service
Ensure excellent student satisfaction and retention
Handle student feedback, complaints, and resolutions
Maintain a welcoming and professional center atmosphere
6. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
Monitor center revenue, expenses, and profitability
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Ensure timely fee collection and proper documentation
Control costs without compromising training quality
7. Brand & Compliance
Maintain academy brand standards and hygiene protocols
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal requirements
Represent the academy professionally at events and exhibitions
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and counseling abilities
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Knowledge of beauty industry trends and training standards
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
