Roles and Responsibilities-
Supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and addressing any issues that arise.
Leading, mentoring, and supporting staff, providing guidance and training, and addressing customer grievances.
Ensuring excellent customer service and addressing customer needs and concerns.
Monitoring and maintaining quality standards, adhering to policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance.
strategies, and initiatives to achieve center goals and improve operations.
coordinating, and executing projects within the center to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Maintaining accurate records of service, stock and assets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
generating reports, and making data-driven decisions to improve operations.
