Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage front office, therapists, consultants, and support staff
Ensure excellent client experience from inquiry to service completion
Monitor appointments, follow-ups, and customer retention
Drive center performance through goal setting and team motivation
Coordinate with sales and consultation teams to support revenue targets
Maintain basic reports on attendance, operations, and center performance
Ensure adherence to internal processes and service quality standards
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
Support hiring, training, and onboarding of clinic staff

Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate (MBA / Healthcare / Management preferred but not mandatory)
2+ years of experience as Branch Manager / Center Manager / Operations Manager
Experience in wellness, slimming, healthcare, fitness, salon, or service industry is an advantage
Both male and female candidates are welcome

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
