For a New State-of-the-Art Physiotherapy Centre

We are setting up a modern Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre in Kavundampalayam, Coimbatore, with advanced facilities, digital systems, and patient-centric services. To lead this initiative and take complete ownership, we invite applications for the role of Centre Manager. Role Overview

The Centre Manager will oversee the overall daily operations of the Physiotherapy Centre, ensuring high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, compliance, and sustainable business growth. The role demands strong leadership, organizational capabilities, and a balance of clinical expertise with business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Centre Operations & Administration

- Manage end-to-end functions including scheduling, facility upkeep, billing, and compliance.

2.

Patient Experience

- Ensure seamless patient flow, compassionate care, and service quality.

3.

Team Leadership

- Supervise physiotherapists, front office, and support staff; foster professional development and team performance.

4.

Business Growth & Outreach

- Drive patient inflow through referrals, partnerships with hospitals, doctors, corporates, sports clubs, and fitness centres; monitor market trends and implement growth strategies.

5.

Marketing & Brand Building

- Lead digital campaigns, health camps, and wellness awareness programs.

6.

Financial Stewardship

- Prepare and manage budgets, track revenue, control costs, and achieve financial goals.

7.

Compliance & Accreditation

- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, NABH/ISO guidelines, and insurance tie-ups.

8.

Patient Care Oversight

- Handle complex cases, ensure patient satisfaction, manage feedback and complaints.

9.

Technology Integration

- Implement EHRs, appointment systems, rehabilitation tracking tools, and explore tele-rehab solutions.

10.

Strategic Development

- Launch innovative services, wellness packages, and new initiatives to expand impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

: Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT), preferably with specialization in Musculoskeletal or Sports Sciences.

Experience

: Minimum

10 years as a senior physiotherapist

, with proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role in a healthcare/physiotherapy/rehabilitation setting.

Leadership Skills

: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with staff, patients, and healthcare professionals.

Organizational Abilities

: Strong multitasking and operational management skills.

Business Acumen

: Expertise in business development, financial oversight, and market growth strategies. Familiarity with

healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and insurance systems
