Job Description

Education qualification: - Graduation from any discipline, Preference will be given to MSW, BSW candidates.

Experience: Having 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of skill development business operations.

Job description:- A good understanding of the skill development segment, Core Skills - Good oral and written communication skills in the Regional Language, English. Aside from being knowledgeable in all aspects of skill development, the incumbent must also be aggressive enough to achieve batch making targets through a team of mobilisers, counsellors, and telecallers. Be a team player, have good people skills, and be a good networker and relationship builder. To manage the center's operations seamlessly. Contributes directly to top line revenue by driving the center's revenue and achieving targets. A centre manager should be capable of managing all facets of running a skill development center, including setting up the centre, accreditation and affiliation, handling government inspections, mobilizing candidates and placing them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,127.28 - ₹36,397.34 per month

Work Location: In person
