Oversee daily operations of the clinical centre, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality service delivery.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows.
Manage facility maintenance, equipment servicing, and procurement of clinical and non-clinical supplies.
Coordinate with departments (nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, administration, housekeeping) to ensure seamless functioning.
2. Staff Leadership & Human Resource Management
Supervise, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, nursing staff, administrative personnel, and support staff.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training programs.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels, schedule management, and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive work culture focused on patient-centric care and teamwork.
3. Financial Oversight & Budget Management
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cost-control plans.
Monitor financial performance including revenue, expenses, billing accuracy, and cash flow.
Optimize resource utilization and implement cost-saving measures without compromising patient care.
Collaborate with finance teams on audits, billing processes, and insurance operations.
4. Patient Care Coordination & Quality Assurance
Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.
Oversee patient experience initiatives, grievance handling, and service improvement programs.
Implement quality standards such as NABH, JCI, or local accreditation requirements (if applicable).
Analyze clinical and operational KPIs to drive performance improvements.
5. Compliance & Regulatory Management
Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and safety guidelines.
Manage clinical documentation standards, data protection, and confidentiality policies.
Oversee infection control practices, risk management, and emergency preparedness.
6. Strategic Planning & Business Development
Identify growth opportunities, new service lines, and partnerships to enhance the centre's performance.
Support marketing initiatives, community outreach, and patient engagement programs.
Develop and implement strategies to increase patient footfall and service efficiency.
7. Technology & Information Systems Management
Oversee EMR/HMIS systems and ensure accurate digital documentation.
Coordinate IT support for operations, telemedicine, appointment scheduling, and digital health solutions.
Train staff on new systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
8. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare regular reports on operational, financial, and clinical performance for senior leadership.
Use data analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Track patient satisfaction, service utilization, productivity, and compliance metrics.
