Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue
Own monthly admissions targets; leads to conversions.
Manage counsellors; daily follow-ups, closures, pipeline reviews.
Handle walk-ins, parent meetings, and fee negotiations.
Push upgrades, repeat courses, and referrals.
2. Team Management
Lead counsellors, faculty, and admin staff.
Set daily expectations; track performance.
Conduct reviews, training, and discipline where required.
Ensure team alignment with Head Office goals.
3. Operations
Smooth day-to-day centre functioning.
Timetable management; faculty allocation.
Ensure classes run on time with proper quality.
Handle escalations, complaints, and retention.
Supervise all classes start and end on prescribed times.
Supervise course completion times and make sure it's met.
4. Student & Parent Experience
Ensure high satisfaction and low dropouts.
Handle feedback, issues, and resolution personally if needed.
Build long-term trust with parents and students.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Daily sales and lead reports.
Maintain Google Sheets efficiently.
Monthly revenue, expenses, and performance summaries.
Follow Frameboxx SOPs strictly.
Required Skills & Experience
4-7 years experience in
education centre management, training institutes, or sales-led roles
.
Strong counselling and closing skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and hit targets.
Comfortable with pressure, numbers, and accountability.
Good communication in English & Hindi (Marathi a plus).
