Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring quality education and child safety.
Manage staff performance, training, and motivation.
Build and maintain strong parent and community relationships.
Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Ensure accurate record-keeping, budgeting, and compliance with Safari Kid standards.
Skills:
Conduct Open House Sessions, organizing Annual Days, Sports Days, Parent Orientation programs, and many more such activities.
Ensure children's safety is of the utmost significance.
Keep an eye on the daily performance of teachers and assistants to make sure that quality instruction and care are being given with diligence and individual attention.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective team leadership.
Excellent organizational skills.
Administrative and basic IT skills.
Must have exposure to MS Excel and Word.
Ability to work as part of a team.
