Location- Mumbai

? Smooth function of end to end patient care.
? Scheduling Therapies in Centre.
Effectively interact with customers and ensure high service quality to all Patients & Clients.
? Revenue Collection: Generating the lead & Closing the Lead & generating the
revenue from the Clients.
? Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and
exceed revenue targets, driving profitability and business growth.
? Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies,
including pricing models, product positioning, and promotional tactics, to maximize
market penetration.
? Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including
partnerships, collaborations, and potential acquisitions, to expand the company's
reach and impact.
? Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners,
structuring deals that are beneficial to all parties, and ensuring successful closing
of agreements.
? CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage &
analyze customer interactions, track sales activities, and optimize the sales process.
? Monitoring the performance: & the whole team is functioning Smoothly starting from
managing doctors , therapists, receptionists, and patient care executives .
3. Marketing and Promotion:
a. Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns
that promote Ayurvedic products and services.
b. Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, workshops, and wellness
fairs
4. Drive Clinic excellence and patients' experience
a. Ensure all SOPs, guidelines are followed
b. Drive customer experience and track treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
a. Go-getter attitude, likes to be a part of 0-1 journey
b. Problem solver, likes setting up processes
c. Experience in operations, business development or a related role, preferably in the
healthcare or wellness industry.
d. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
e. Has done graduation, with active participation in extracurricular activities
