KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
: Will be responsible for Manage and achieve admission targets and Overseeing the fees collection target. Should be capable of developing and implementing strategies to improve admission numbers and revenue growth.
Sales Strategy
: Lead and motivate a team of sales and admissions staff.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.Should be capable for Implementing various Marketing Activities assigned within the region
Operational Management
: Monitor and control operational costs and budgets.Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to institute policies. Support and enhance academic programs, ensuring quality education delivery.
Student Relations
: Foster strong relationships with students and parents.
Compliance
: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and institute norms.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2-4 years experience in Sales leadership or business development
Good Interpersonal skills
Counselling skills
Communication and leadership quality
Post graduation or graduation in any stream
