, and we're looking for a Senior Community Manager or Centre Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations and community experience.
This is not a desk job -- it's a dynamic role at the heart of our centre, collaborating across teams and creating a great experience for every member who walks in.
What you'll do:
Manage daily operations and coordinate with internal teams (marketing, accounts, housekeeping, tech support, etc.)
Ensure seamless member experience from onboarding to billing
Plan and execute community events, networking sessions & collaborations
Take initiative to improve operations, efficiency, and overall member experience
Collaborate with the management team to review performance and check the viability of new ideas or improvements
Support local marketing initiatives and social media content
Build strong relationships with members, partners, and vendors
Who you are:
? 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, marketing, or customer-facing roles
? Responsible, honest, and self-driven
? Great with communication, multitasking & problem-solving
? Bonus points if you have skills in
content creation or social media
