Centre Manager
to lead and manage our
Thrissur
centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall centre operations, team management, student admissions, and achieving business growth targets while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and administration of the centre
Manage and motivate academic and non-academic staff
Drive student admissions, counselling, and enrolment targets
Ensure excellent student and parent experience
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and coordinate with head office
Maintain discipline, quality standards, and brand image
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Degree or MBA
Age Group:
30 - 55 years
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in education, training institutes, or aviation sector is an added advantage
