This is a full-time on-site role for a Centre Manager located in Kozhikode. The Centre Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate between teams, and ensure smooth functioning of the center. Responsibilities include admissions, daily operations, staff management, revenue target and compliance
The role requires a business-oriented professional, not a teaching role
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage
daily operations
of the Institute
Drive
student admissions, counselling processes, and revenue targets
Implement and launch new courses
, certifications, and skill-based programs as per management strategy
Coordinate with
industry partners, trainers, and internal teams
for course execution
Recruit, manage, and monitor
academic & non-academic staff
Ensure
compliance, documentation, reporting, and SOP implementation
Monitor performance metrics and take
corrective actions to improve growth
Act as the
single point of accountability
for centre performance
Qualifications
3-5 years experience
as a
Centre Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager
Experience in
education institutes, training centres, or service industry
Proven experience in
admissions handling & target achievement
Strong leadership, decision-making, and execution skills
Ability to
launch and scale new courses/programs
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in
Management / Business / Operations
(preferred)
Exposure to
Aviation, Logistics, Hospitality, or Skill Training sectors
is a plus
Experience in
multi-course or franchise-based institutes
is an advantage
