We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead our prestigious educational institute in Palarivattom , Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, experience in managing academic operations, team management and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Management

: Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to institute policies

Academic Leadership :

Support and enhance academic programs, ensuring quality education delivery.

Team Management :

Lead and motivate faculty and staff for achieving institute goals. Supervise the activities of the team Members

Student Relations :

Foster strong relationships with students and parents. Also will be Responsible for student counselling and conversation

Compliance :

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and institute norms.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years experience in same role Good Interpersonal skills Counselling skills Communication and leadership quality Post graduation or graduation in any stream
