Demonstrate strong English communication skills, both in email writing and speaking, to ensure effective interaction.

Possess capabilities in marketing and business development to drive growth and achieve objectives.

Develop a thorough understanding of all the services offered by the organization.

Coordinate with academic counselors to facilitate and increase student admissions.

Oversee and manage general staff-related matters to ensure smooth operations.

Generate genuine offline leads through proactive efforts and outreach activities.

Visit colleges and institutions and organize events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Conduct training sessions for both students and staff to improve skills and knowledge.

Identify and implement effective offline strategies to promote brand development and drive business growth.

Acquire new customers through direct interactions, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.

Attend networking events to research market trends and build connections with potential clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention.

Provide technical support and manage team operations effectively within the organization.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Center Manager in an educational institution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
