We are looking for a

dynamic and result-oriented Center Manager

to lead our education center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the education center.

Drive student admissions and achieve enrollment targets.

Manage and motivate academic counsellors and business development teams.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Ensure smooth execution of classes, training programs, and student support.

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

Coordinate with management for planning and reporting.

Maintain compliance with institutional policies and standards

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree (Business Management/Education preferred).

Proven experience (2+ years) in education management, sales, or business development.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to achieve targets and manage a team effectively.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
