Profile of Candidates who can apply:
- Graduate / Master's Degree
- Experience - 4 to 6 Years
- Good communication both written and oral is very much required. There will be communication from the Centre Manager to Donors, Volunteers, Guests, visitors etc. on various matters
- Experience of Program planning, Staff supervision and monitoring market experience
- Sound understanding of HMIS, data analysis, health care delivery system, preferably in cancer domain
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Spreadsheet/ Tech Savvy
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, Tulu and Hindi and other local languages.
- Managerial experience in a similar type of job role will be an added advantage
- Initiative and drive to complete tasks within the given timeframe
