1. Admissions & Patient Coordination
Handle Admission Inquiries: Respond to queries from prospective patients and their families, providing information about services, treatment options, and facility amenities.
Oversee Admission Process: Ensure a seamless admission process, including documentation, assessments, and orientation for new patients.
Maintain Patient Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, treatment plans, and progress.
2. Financial Management
Set Payment Targets: Establish and monitor financial targets for the centre, ensuring revenue goals are met.
Billing & Payments: Oversee billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Address any payment-related issues promptly.
Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the centre's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
3. Staff Supervision
Oversee Psychologists: Ensure that psychologists are conducting sessions as per the prescribed schedules and treatment plans. Monitor their performance and provide support as needed.
Manage Caretakers: Supervise caretakers to ensure they are providing appropriate care to patients, adhering to established protocols.
4. Facility Management
Housekeeping Oversight: Ensure that housekeeping staff maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility. Address any issues related to cleanliness promptly.
Maintenance Coordination: Oversee the maintenance of the facility, ensuring that all equipment is functional and the environment is safe for patients and staff.
5. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure Compliance: Stay updated with healthcare regulations and ensure the centre complies with all local, state, and federal laws.
Accreditation Standards: Work towards achieving and maintaining accreditation from relevant health authorities.
6. Quality Assurance
Monitor Patient Care: Regularly assess the quality of care provided to patients, implementing improvements as necessary.
Feedback Mechanism: Establish a system for receiving feedback from patients and their families, addressing concerns promptly.
7. Administrative Duties
Report Generation: Prepare and submit regular reports on centre operations, financial performance, and patient outcomes.
Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient and ethical operations.
