DDU-KK / DDU-GKY guidelines

Ability to lead teams including trainers, mobilizers, placement officers, and support staff.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online MIS portals.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage audits, inspections, and work under target-based environments.
Experience in
community engagement
and stakeholder coordination preferred.
Strong organisational skills with focus on discipline, ethics, and trainee welfare.
Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and handle centre operations independently.
Centre Manager - Key Responsibilities (DDU-KK)
Manage daily operations of the training centre and maintain discipline.
Ensure trainers, trainees, and staff attendance and smooth batch functioning.
Maintain all DDU-KK documentation, MIS, and audit compliance.
Monitor training quality, lesson delivery, and adherence to QP/NOS.
Oversee mobilization, admissions, and verification of trainee eligibility.
Coordinate assessments, certifications, and exam discipline.
Achieve placement targets and ensure post-placement tracking.
Lead trainers, mobilizers, MIS staff, and resolve grievances.
Maintain stakeholder relations with employers, local bodies, and officials.
Ensure safety, gender sensitivity, and a clean, compliant learning environment.
