Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for Centre Manager - Preschool

Centre Operations & Administration

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the preschool. Monitor attendance of staff and students. Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards of the premises. Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement of teaching aids and materials. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Academic Coordination

Oversee the implementation of the curriculum and lesson plans. Monitor teaching quality and classroom engagement. Coordinate with teachers to plan activities, celebrations, and events. Ensure timely completion of assessments and reports.
3.

Staff Management & Development

Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. Organize workshops and training for staff upskilling. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
4.

Parent Communication & Relationship Management

Build strong rapport and trust with parents. Address parent concerns or grievances promptly and professionally. Organize parent-teacher meetings and orientation sessions. Share regular updates on child progress, events, and centre activities.
5.

Admissions & Business Development

Drive enrolments through local marketing and outreach. Conduct school tours and counsel prospective parents. Maintain admission records and manage inquiry follow-ups. Support brand visibility through events, social media, and community engagement.
6.

Financial Oversight

Monitor fee collections and follow-up on dues. Manage centre-level budgeting and expense control. Ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
7.

Event & Activity Planning

Plan and execute school events, celebrations, and field trips. Ensure active participation of children and smooth coordination. Align events with academic goals and themes.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
