Key Responsibilities:1. Centre Operations & Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of the DDU-GKY training centre.
Ensure adherence to DDU-GKY SOPs, quality standards, and audit requirements.
Oversee classroom training, attendance, and maintenance of infrastructure and equipment.
Plan batch schedules and coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, and placement officers.
2. Mobilization & Counseling
Coordinate and monitor mobilization activities to ensure adequate enrolments.
Conduct counselling sessions to guide candidates about training and employment opportunities.
Maintain community relationships and liaise with local bodies, NGOs, and panchayats for effective mobilization.
3. Training Delivery & Quality Control
Ensure training is conducted as per the approved curriculum and NSQF standards.
Monitor trainer performance and training quality through regular audits and feedback.
Ensure timely assessments and certification in coordination with SSCs or assessment agencies.
4. Placement & Post-Placement Tracking
Coordinate with placement officers to ensure minimum placement targets are achieved.
Build employer networks for placement tie-ups and industrial visits.
Ensure timely post-placement tracking and documentation as per project norms.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of candidates, attendance, training progress, assessments, and placements.
Ensure data entry and documentation in ERP / Kaushal Bharat portal.
Prepare and submit periodic reports (MIS, progress reports, audit reports) to Head Office / SPMU.
6. Team Management & Leadership
Lead, guide, and motivate the centre team to achieve training and placement targets.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure discipline and team coordination within the centre.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
