Morph Meta Academy (25+ years of excellence in Animation, VFX, Gaming, AI & Multimedia Training) is looking for a

Centre Manager

to lead operations, drive admissions, and ensure smooth academic & business growth at our Chandigarh centre.

The Centre Manager will be responsible for overall management, student satisfaction, staff coordination, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

day-to-day operations

of the training centre. Drive

admissions, sales, and business growth

through effective marketing & lead conversion. Ensure

student satisfaction

by maintaining high-quality academic delivery and services. Supervise and coordinate with faculty, counsellors, and support staff. Plan and execute

marketing campaigns, events, and seminars

for brand promotion. Handle

counselling sessions, fee collection, and MIS reporting

. Ensure

compliance with company policies and operational standards

. Build and maintain relationships with

students, parents, and corporate partners

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong

leadership & team management

skills. Proven ability in

student counselling, sales, and admission generation

. Good knowledge of

education/training industry

. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools

Pay: ?21,010.81 - ?33,826.19 per month
