Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic.
Core role summary
Manage operations: staffing, customer service, marketing, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance and security & safety.
Tie?ups: Create and manage partnerships with doctors to generate referrals and camps.
Key responsibilities
Good leadership, inter-personal and communication skills.
Liaison with healthcare professionals and patients regarding treatment plans.
Overseeing clinic operations and employee responsibilities.
Keeping medical professionals informed about clinic services.
Overseeing the clinic's inventory, billing, and budget.
Ordering supplies for the clinic.
Supervising the purchase, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
Able to pinpoint areas for improvement.
