Center Head / Head Counselor

Thane & Andheri (near station)

Timings:

10 AM - 7 PM / 11 AM - 8 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the

day-to-day operations

of the Animation & VFX training center. Handle

walk-in inquiries, counseling sessions, and admissions

. Develop strategies to achieve

monthly admission targets

. Supervise and guide the

counseling and telecalling team

. Conduct

career guidance sessions

for students and parents. Build and maintain relationships with students to ensure a positive experience. Report to management on center performance and admission progress.
Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred).

2-5 years of experience

in counseling, admissions, or education/training industry. Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred). Ability to handle a team and meet admission goals. Target-driven, dynamic, and student-focused personality.
