Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Centre Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our centres. The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month probation period, after which, based on performance, she will be confirmed as a permanent staff member.

Responsibilities:



Manage and oversee day-to-day centre operations. Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, and ensure excellent service delivery. Supervise and guide centre staff to ensure smooth functioning. Maintain attendance, task schedules, and overall discipline. Ensure the centre environment is neat, welcoming, and well-organised. Maintain records, prepare reports, and support basic administration. Coordinate with management regarding daily updates, promotions, and targets. Build and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors. Make sure all activities adhere to company policies and standards.

Requirements:



Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred. Prior experience in customer service, administration, or centre management is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good coordination and multitasking ability. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, data entry). Preferred Candidate- Female
