Center Manager
to lead operations, drive admissions, and uphold academic excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in education management and a strong passion for early childhood development.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum graduate degree (a background in Education or Management will be an advantage)
Proven experience in any of the following: Education, Counselling, Sales, or Customer Service
Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Growth Management:
Strategize and implement plans to increase student enrollments
Center Operations:
Oversee daily operations to maintain a safe, engaging, and effective learning environment
Team Leadership:
Supervise and support academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth functioning
Data & Performance Monitoring:
Use CRM tools and Excel for performance tracking, reporting, and analysis
Marketing & Outreach:
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance local visibility and brand reputation
