Centre In-Charge

to lead our

Medavakkam

preschool branch.

Job Summary

The

Centre In-Charge

will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth daily functioning, achieving admission targets, leading staff, and maintaining high standards of safety and parent satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day

preschool operations

at the Medavakkam center. Oversee

admissions, inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment

. Handle

parent communication

, meetings, and issue resolution. Supervise and support

teachers, caregivers, and support staff

. Ensure compliance with

safety, hygiene, and preschool policies

. Plan and execute

local marketing and community outreach activities

. Coordinate with Head Office for reporting, audits, and performance reviews. Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and overall center discipline. Maintain accurate

student, staff, and administrative records

. Organize school events, celebrations, and parent engagement programs.

Skills & Requirements

Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil. Knowledge of

preschool operations and early childhood education

. Ability to achieve

admission and revenue .

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting.
