JOB PURPOSE
The Centre Incharge is responsible for overseeing all daily operations and activities at the centre, ensuring smooth functioning across security, operations, and financial matters. This role manages resource allocation, staff supervision, and maintains operational excellence while driving business growth and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Centre Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day centre operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance and operational reports
Management Collaboration:
Attend management meetings and provide updates on centre performance
Business Development:
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive centre growth
Administrative Management:
Handle administrative duties including documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence
Financial Management:
Manage centre budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability
Facility Management:
Oversee building maintenance, upkeep, and ensure adherence to defined ambience standards
Team Leadership:
Supervise, guide, and manage centre staff effectively
Customer Relations:
Handle customer escalations and manage queue systems efficiently
Performance Management:
Drive KPIs, monitor team performance, and implement improvement initiatives
Resource Planning:
Ensure adequate resource availability and manage volume-capacity balance
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure compliance with internal audit schedules and implement corrective/preventive actions
MIS Management:
Manage and analyze MIS reports for informed decision-making
Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
Handle daily operational challenges and urgent matters
