Key Responsibilities:1. Center Management & Operations
Oversee daily operations of the training center.
Ensure all training sessions, counseling, and placement activities run as per schedule.
Maintain attendance records, training progress reports, and infrastructure upkeep.
Coordinate with the head office and project team for reporting, logistics, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with donor/CSR partner guidelines and audit requirements.
2. Training Delivery (BFSI Domain)
Deliver classroom and practical training on BFSI sector modules -- Banking Basics, Financial Products, Insurance, Customer Service, and Digital Finance.
Conduct pre-assessments, mock interviews, and soft skills sessions.
Prepare lesson plans and use participatory training methods to engage learners.
Guide students on industry expectations and career pathways in BFSI.
Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback and mentoring.
3. Mobilization & Counseling
Support community mobilization and candidate enrollment in collaboration with field teams.
Conduct counseling sessions to explain course benefits and career outcomes.
Ensure minimum dropout and maintain high student engagement.
4. Placement & Industry Coordination
Liaise with banks, microfinance institutions, NBFCs, and insurance companies for placement opportunities.
Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and follow-up for job retention.
Maintain employer database and feedback records.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Maintain trainee database, training materials, and assessment records.
Submit reports to project heads/donors as required.
